They are one of the largest privately owned contractors in this prestigious sector, and have a very good working environment, which is personified by their very low staff turnover. Their projects include both new build and refurbishment of large country houses, rectories and manors in the Home Counties and South East, as well as grand residences in London. My client are currently seeking a Site Manager for a number of upcoming projects located throughout prime central London. Successful candidates will have proven track records as well as stable careers working on various high end residential refurbishment projects ranging from £4m - £8m in contract value. This is a permanent position and my client are looking for Site Managers who want a long term career with them, who are ambitious for career progression and would help develop the team.
